New Chairman, Graham Davies, and his committee are busy making arrangements for a week of events for the carnival in August. There are a couple of new events in the making together with the usual, quiz, bingo, darts competition, the procession, dancing in Bucky Doo Square on Saturday 22nd August. On the Sunday there will be the wonderful torchlight procession from the town to West Bay this will be followed by the bonfire and spectacular firework display in West Bay. While you are waiting for the lit torches to arrive there will be dancing on East Beach.
Watch out for details to be published later relating to the Royalty Competition, we will also be inviting members of the public to help with marshalling.
